How to Book
ONLINEGo to the Our Performances tab for secure online booking for all Festival events, available 24 hours a day. Choose to receive tickets by post or print E-tickets. Please note we are unable to accept E-tickets presented on handheld devices at the theatre, the tickets must be printed.
BY PHONETheatre Box Office 01732 866114 Telephone booking is available Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm. The Box Office is open from Monday 26th February for priority booking; and Monday 26th March for general booking.
IN PERSONOn performance days only.
The Ticket Office located by the theatre is open on performance days for ticket collections and sales. It opens from 6.30pm for evening performances, and from 30 minutes before all matinee performances. We do advise checking availability of tickets before arriving at the venue.
BOOKING FEESThere is a total booking fee of £3 per order placed by telephone through the Theatre Box Office. There is an online booking fee of 7% of the total order value for tickets booked online.
GROUP BOOKINGSThere is a discount of 10% for groups booking 20 seats or more for a single performance. Group tickets must be booked by telephone or email email@example.com they cannot be booked online. Deposits will be taken and ample time (performance date permitting) will be given to pay the balance, please discuss this with the box office when booking. Group discounts can only be applied to full priced theatre tickets not Friends discounted prices.
CHILDRENFor family shows, a child ticket is valid for children between the ages of 18 months and 15 years of age.
BOOKING CONDITIONSNo performance is guaranteed. In the event of bad weather a decision to cancel a performance would not normally be made until the time the performance is due to start. We are happy to report that this has occurred less than 10 times in the past 34 years. The possibility of delaying the start or pausing a production will always be explored.
Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 days before the performance. There is a £5 administration fee & the original tickets must be returned to the theatre box office. All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre's Terms and Conditions which are available from the box office or can be viewed here. (T&Cs page). All tickets are non-refundable.
