We are so excited to be hosting our first event at the stunning Waterside bar and restaurant at Hever Castle Golf Club. A relaxed evening of delicious food and gorgeous music introduced and performed by our outstanding artists Heather Hoyle.
Take a look at the menu here, you can book for either two or three courses (we will ask you to pre-order nearer the time). If you just want to hear the jazz with a drink and a comfy seat you are welcome to book ‘jazz only’ ticket too.
Heather is a virtuoso jazz saxophonist with a talent for getting the party started. Whether she’s celebrating with Royalty, raising the roof with top clubland DJs in Ibiza, cavorting with jazz legends in Harlem, providing a soundtrack with the strawberries at Wimbledon, or getting stuck in as a session musician, Heather loves to play – and it shows. She brings an irrepressible sense of playful magic that gets feet tapping and sets the mood. Striking, stunning, and highly respected, Heather’s unique combination of fun, technical brilliance and reading the room will make your evening deliciously memorable.
Heather has entertained the great and the good at the UEFA Cup Final in Athens, wowed Lewis Hamilton at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, had the red carpet rocking with Norman Jay at the Cannes Film Festival and set superstars swinging at the Mercury Music Awards. She regularly performs as a solo artist and band leader, playing at venues including the Globe Theatre, Kensington Palace, the South Bank Centre and the Royal Opera House.
Wherever she plays, a party’s guaranteed, and she’s provided the musical accompaniment to bashes hosted by the Beckhams, Al Pacino, Ralph Fiennes, Daniel Craig, Robbie Coltrane, Gwyneth Paltrow and Stella McCartney.
However far she travels, and however celebrated the audience, Heather’s heart still beats to the rhythm of jazz, and she’s often found playing in the genre’s spiritual home – Ronnie Scott’s legendary club in Soho.
The Waterside bar and restaurant are open throughout the day so it really up to you when you choose to join us for a drink (your chance to savour the legendary Festival Cocktail) on the terrace before dinner, there will sure to be a crowd from 6.30pm onwards.
(Dress code: your favourite cool jazz outfit, no ripped denim!)

One mile from the Castle’s main entrance you will find the friendly and welcoming Hever Castle Golf Club. The Waterside Bar and Restaurant is easily accessible and there is free parking on site (no overnight parking please).
