Terms and Conditions
Ticket prices are as advertised in the current theatre programme leaflet and include VAT at the current rate. Please always check tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
All tickets must be paid for within seven days of booking. The only exception being authorised Group Bookings where Hever Festival Productions agrees to accept a deposit with the balance payable as agreed with the box office at the time of booking.
The Theatre reserves the right to introduce special offers and discounts without notice. Tickets already purchased will not qualify for these offers.
No more than one discount may ever be applied to the full price of a ticket; for the avoidance of doubt this includes the discounted Festival Friend, Family, Child and Group tickets.
All performances commence promptly at their advertised start time. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Smoking is not permitted in the auditorium. No pets are permitted in the Theatre auditorium and grass seating areas, except for Assistance Dogs.
The use of cameras, recording equipment, smart phones & tablets is not permitted in the Theatre Auditorium once a performance has started. Mobile phones must be turned off in the auditorium.
Aisles and access routes MUST be left clear at all times. Obstructions cannot be left in the aisles; dancing is not permitted. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the walkways immediately in front of the stage; and the East and West Tiers.
Each member of the audience must have an official ticket.
Hever Festival Productions cannot take any responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of any personal property belonging to patrons of the theatre.
Hever Festival Productions reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons in such circumstances as they see fit. Any ticket holder may be asked to leave the theatre if their presence is causing a disturbance to others, and Hever Festival Productions may take appropriate action to enforce this right.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No performance is guaranteed. In the event of a cancellation or abandonment of a performance or where less than half the performance has taken place no monies shall be refundable. Audience members may claim tickets of an equivalent value for a future comparable alternative performance in the same or following season at the Festival Theatre, subject always to availability and should return their original tickets together with a covering letter.
Hever Festival Productions reserve the right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.
REFUNDING
Tickets for certain performances may be exchanged up to four working days before the date of the performance, please check with the box office which performance tickets can be exchanged before purchasing. In order to do so the original tickets must be returned to the box office along with a £5 administration charge.
Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased but can be exchanged in accordance with the cancellation policy or exchange procedures described above.
