How To Book
All tickets must be booked in advance.
In order to enable safe social distancing in the theatre, we are reducing our visitor numbers and everyone will need to book on-line, in advance. Your ticket will be sent to you by email. You must remember to bring your ticket with you, please print them out where you can as this saves a lot of time when queuing and we do not have to get too close to you to check your tickets on your phone.
When you arrive.
You will be met in the car park by one of our staff who will check your admission tickets and direct you to a parking space. If you can do please your tickets on your dashboard, we can read them from there.
Please note we will reserve our accessible parking spaces as usual, do book these in advance where possible via email@example.com
JOINT ENTRY THEATRE AND CASTLE GARDENS TICKETS
We are delighted to be offering discounted joint tickets to our festival events and Hever Castle gardens. The joint ticket allows entry to the castle gardens during the castle opening hours on the day of the festival performance only. The discounted price is only for pre-booked tickets purchased as part of the package. Joint tickets can be purchased online or through the box office. Please note joint tickets do not include entry to the Castle, these tickets can be bought upon arrival from the castle ticket huts if required.
Go to the Performances Page for secure online booking for all Festival events, available 24 hours a day. Print off your E-tickets direct from your confirmation email. Please note we are unable to accept E-tickets presented on handheld devices at the theatre (reception is poor so it can be difficult when you are in a queue!) and we will need to get to close to you to look at them, the tickets must be printed.
Due to the government guidelines we are not able to accept bookings by phone. If you need to talk to us we are available Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm. Please do not leave messages outside this time. Theatre Box Office 01732 866114
Tickets cannot be booked in person either in advance or on the day of the performance. All tickets have to be booked online.
There is a booking fee of 7% of the total order value for tickets booked. For Group bookings please call the box office.
We are not able to take group bookings this year.
For family shows, a child ticket is valid for children between the ages of 18 months and 15 years of age.
No performance is guaranteed. In the event of bad weather a decision to cancel a performance would not normally be made until the time the performance is due to start. We are happy to report that this has occurred less than 10 times in the past 35 years. The possibility of delaying the start or pausing a production will always be explored.
Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 days before the performance. There is a £5 administration fee & the original tickets must be returned to the theatre box office. All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre’s Terms and Conditions which are available from the box office or can be viewed here. (T&Cs page). All tickets are non-refundable.
HEVER FESTIVAL THEATRE IS AN OPEN-AIR VENUE – WARM CLOTHING IS ADVISED.
