TICKET BOOKING INFORMATION

All tickets will be emailed to you so you can either print them off or bring them with you on your phone ready for checking as you arrive. Please call us regarding group bookings as we will be able to help you with printing tickets as well as discounts.

TWO SISTERS’ THEATRE SEATING PLAN

Here is the seating plan for the Two Sisters’ Theatre which is also available to view on our ticketing site. Other venues are free seating so they do not have plans.

JOINT ENTRY THEATRE AND CASTLE GARDENS TICKETS

We are delighted to be offering discounted joint tickets to our festival events and Hever Castle Gardens. The joint ticket allows entry to the castle gardens during the castle opening hours on the day of the festival performance only. The discounted price is only for pre-booked tickets purchased as part of the package. Joint tickets can be purchased online or through the box office. Please note joint tickets do not include entry to the Castle, these tickets can be purchased upon arrival from the castle ticket huts if required.

Go to the Performances Page for secure online booking for all Festival events, available 24 hours a day. Print off your E-tickets direct from your confirmation email or store on your phone for access on the night.

IN PERSON

All events are available (if not sold out) to purchase from our website until the time the event is due to start or you can purchase them from the box office at the event (the booking fee still applies).

BOOKING FEES

There is a booking fee of 7% of the total order value for tickets booked. For Group bookings please email or call the box office boxoffice@heverfestival.co.uk 07379 488 477

GROUP BOOKINGS

There is a discount of 10% for groups booking 20 seats or more for a single performance. Group tickets must be booked by telephone or email boxoffice@heverfestival.co.uk they cannot be booked online. Deposits will be taken and ample time (performance date permitting) will be given to pay the balance, please discuss this with the box office when booking.

Group discounts can only be applied to full priced theatre tickets not Friends discounted prices. We will be able to post your group booking tickets, please ask us before you purchase them if you would prefer us to do so.

CHILDREN

For family shows, all children over 18 months are required to have a valid ticket.

If you are booking joint Castle Gardens and theatre tickets children under 5 will only require a theatre ticket as the Hever Castle child ticket is valid for children between the ages of 5-17.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

No performance is guaranteed. In the event of bad weather a decision to cancel a performance would not normally be made until the time the performance is due to start. We are happy to report that this has occurred less than 10 times in the past 38 years. The possibility of delaying the start or pausing a production will always be explored.

All tickets are non-refundable, but tickets can be exchanged up to 5 days before the performance. There is a £5 administration fee and the original tickets must be returned to the Theatre Box Office.

All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre’s Terms and Conditions which are available from the box office or can be viewed here.

SEATING INFORMATION

MAIN THEATRE on the Two Sister Lawn. All the seats in our auditorium are covered. Seats start to tier from row C with two rows on each level between C – E, and one row on each level between F – N. Lawn areas either side of the stage are available for selected shows. Audience can bring their own chairs and rugs to sit in these areas which are uncovered and unreserved. The view may be restricted.

ALL OTHER VENUES are unseated and uncovered. You are welcome to sit wherever you would like and we ask you to bring your own chairs, tables, blankets cushions, umbrellas – whatever makes you comfortable but no gazebos please!
