The discounted price is only for pre-booked tickets purchased as part of the package. Joint tickets can be purchased online or through the box office. Please note joint tickets do not include entry to the Castle, these tickets can be bought upon arrival from the castle ticket huts if required.

No performance is guaranteed. In the event of bad weather a decision to cancel a performance would not normally be made until the time the performance is due to start. We are happy to report that this has occurred less than 10 times in the past 35 years. The possibility of delaying the start or pausing a production will always be explored.
Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 days before the performance. There is a £5 administration fee & the original tickets must be returned to the theatre box office. All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre’s Terms and Conditions which are available from the box office or can be viewed here. (T&Cs page). All tickets are non-refundable.

There are three reserved seating areas, the Centre Tier on the ground closest to the stage, and the East Tier and West Tier seating stands. All the seats in these areas are tiered with two rows on each level in the centre, and one row on each level in the East and West. All seats are covered, with the exception of three rows at the back of the Centre Tier. These uncovered seats are available for £1 less than the covered seating price. Grass areas either side of the stage are available for selected shows. Audience can bring their own chairs and rugs to sit in these areas which are uncovered and unreserved. The view may be restricted.

Please Note:
For those who know our auditorium you will notice we have added a new row of seats (AA) at the front of the centre tier. Just to confirm row C in the centre tier has not moved, it is in the same place at the front of the first raised tier.
