The Ticket Office located by the theatre is open on performance days for ticket collections and sales. It opens from 6.30pm for evening performances, and from 30 minutes before all matinee performances. We do advise checking availability of tickets before arriving at the venue.
There is a booking fee of 7% of the total order value for tickets booked. For Group bookings please call the box office.
There is a discount of 10% for groups booking 20 seats or more for a single performance. Group tickets must be booked by telephone or email email@example.com they cannot be booked online. Deposits will be taken and ample time (performance date permitting) will be given to pay the balance, please discuss this with the box office when booking.

For family shows, a child ticket is valid for children between the ages of 18 months and 15 years of age.
No performance is guaranteed. In the event of bad weather a decision to cancel a performance would not normally be made until the time the performance is due to start. We are happy to report that this has occurred less than 10 times in the past 35 years. The possibility of delaying the start or pausing a production will always be explored.
Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 days before the performance. There is a £5 administration fee & the original tickets must be returned to the theatre box office. All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre’s Terms and Conditions which are available from the box office or can be viewed here. (T&Cs page).
All tickets are non-refundable.
There are three reserved seating areas, the Centre Tier on the ground closest to the stage, and the East Tier and West Tier seating stands. All the seats in these areas are tiered with two rows on each level in the centre, and one row on each level in the East and West. All seats are covered, with the exception of three rows at the back of the Centre Tier. These uncovered seats are available for £1 less than the covered seating price. Grass areas either side of the stage are available for selected shows. Audience can bring their own chairs and rugs to sit in these areas which are uncovered and unreserved. The view may be restricted.
For those who know our auditorium you will notice we have added a new row of seats (AA) at the front of the centre tier. Just to confirm row C in the centre tier has not moved, it is in the same place at the front of the first raised tier.
HEVER FESTIVAL THEATRE IS AN OPEN-AIR VENUE – WARM CLOTHING IS ADVISED.
