This is our 3rd year working with the award-winning Sussex-based Grinstock Comedy Club. We can’t wait to welcome back their brilliantly funny, live comedy shows. So much so we have invited them to the festival for two nights on Friday the 31st of May and Thursday the 8th of August. They’re bringing two amazing line-ups packed full of TV & national touring comedians to both nights. Check out the two different line-ups they have planned, they’re truly outstanding, and we’re sure you will want to come along to both.
Grinstock Comedy Club work with some of the biggest names in live stand-up in the UK. They have provided award-winning comedy shows for 15 years across the South East and nationally.
Having seen their line-ups and the crowds they pull in, it’s no wonder they are the South East’s longest-running comedy club provider and have been twice nominated, two years running, for comedy club of the South by national media brands DAVE TV & Absolute Radio. Famed for bringing the first drive-in live comedy shows to the UK with two headline shows in one day from Tim Vine & Ed Byrnes, this company are ever inventive.

Tim Fitzhigham is a Perrier-nominated, multi-award-winning comedian, explorer, presenter, multiple world record holder and author.
Tim has played comedy clubs and festivals all over the world, both as an MC and in headline slots. He is one of the UK’s most in-demand MCs. Among numerous TV credits as a comedian, he has presented several documentaries for BBC 1 and Super Human Challenge for CBBC.
He has also developed several award-winning solo shows and as a member of the Infinite Number of Monkeys sketch team, was nominated for the Perrier Best Newcomer Award in 1999.

Felicity Ward is a multi-award-winning comedian, actor and writer who has toured her award-winning, sell-out shows across the world, winning the hearts of audiences and critics everywhere she goes. Following the success of her 2014 ABC documentary, Felicity’s Mental Mission, Felicity was handpicked by the BBC in 2015 as one of the new faces of UK comedy starring in her own Live From The BBC special – the only Australian selected to be part of this new comedy series.
Felicity is a Chortle UK Club Comic of the Year nominee and has been nominated in Australia for Best Comedy at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and Adelaide Fringe Festival, and won Best Australian Act at the Perth Comedy Festival, and Sydney Comedy Festival, twice.

We’re very excited to be back at the wonderful Festival Theatre at Hever Castle for our 3rd year of Live Comedy shows, in the grounds of the most fantastic castle setting.
Now in our 15th year as the South East’s longest-running independent provider of comedy clubs. On the night you can expect an amazing line-up of TV and national touring comedians to grace the stage, acts that you will have seen on TV shows that include the likes of; 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo, Roast Battle, Whose Line Is It Anway and many more.
We can’t wait to be back at the fantastic Festival Theatre at Hever Castle this summer, with this the first of our two live comedy shows. Make sure to tell everyone you know and get booking. Two Sisters’ Theatre
Our main theatre, located on the glorious Two Sisters’ Lawn has allocated, covered seating. Lawn areas where you can bring your own seats, beanbags, rugs etc. are available for selected performances only.

The Theatre Bar will be open on the theatre lawn before the show and during the interval for hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream and snacks.
Freshly made crêpes will also be available. Savoury and sweet options, before evening shows only. Here is the menu.
