We all want to meet people from history. The trouble is everyone is dead!
So Horrible Histories is back in 2024 with revolting rulers and mad monarchs from Britain’s barmy past.
Would you be wooed by Richard the Lionheart? Are you ready for a date with King Edward I? Would you shaken or stirred by Richard III? See Mary Tudor knock the spots off Mary Queen of Scots! Can evil Elizabeth entertain England? Will you be hanged by King James for being a witch? Clap along with crazy King Charles and move to the groove with party Queen Victoria!

Two Sisters’ Theatre
Our main theatre, located on the glorious Two Sisters’ Lawn has allocated, covered seating. Lawn areas where you can bring your own seats, beanbags, rugs etc. are available for selected performances only.

The Theatre Bar will be open on the theatre lawn before the show and during the interval for hot and cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ice cream and snacks.
Freshly made crêpes will also be available. Savoury and sweet options, before evening shows only. Here is the menu.
Pre-Theatre suppers in the Guthrie Pavilion are not available before this performance.
